The final inspection for the electrical was on Wednesday. I'm happy to say we passed! Finally!!! The electric meter is scheduled to be installed on Monday. We were hoping for yesterday or today, but clearly that was asking too much. :-)
We just got final approval on our loan! We've been anxiously waiting to make sure the appraisal was accepted, and the underwriters didn't have a problem with the house. Whew!
We have our insurance all lined up and ready to go. Never bought a house before, so that was all new to us...
I have a call in to the home inspector to see if he can do the inspection on Tuesday. If things continue to move forward, we may actually be signing on Wednesday. A girl can dream, can't she?

The first photo you presented on Monday(9/26) shows something in the background. It looks like it has a pink tint to it. Is this just rock formation or something else. Congratulations on signing.
